exam tmr. wtf. i hate those uneasy feelings i have before papers. like literally butterflies in my tummy and i always not have any appetite before that. i hate the feeling of not eating good too, make me feel like a sick patient. er, yeah, therotically i am still recovering. (explains my small appetite for the past few days, but no loss in weight. defuq)

i just celebrated my 23rd birthday. really anticipated presents and celebration like a kid, but at the same time, i dread it. cox i knew i will be real upset if my closest friends(who i thought so) forget bout my birthday. and really loh. this . time . round . mega sadness. when the clock striked twelve, they carried on with the conversation, only one hour later then they wished me. okie, at least they did bah. some really forget really forget. ppl might think what's the big deal bout birthday. true. but i take it to heart, cause i make a point to rmb my fav ppl's birthday. soon they will forget who's chanel siew too.

Birthday dinner @ sanlitun with girls and bf(:

it was darm good!

the service wasn't as bad as what most ppl bombed in the forum. not fantastic either.

we were one hour earlier our booking time, yet they kindly gave us a seat.

the atmosphere was real good.

get to pick our own set of chopsticks, which is real pretty.

the settings for the plates and utensils were nice and neat. me love it.

the sushi there was expensive but we die also want to try.

and no regrets.

it's so nice!!!

and my first time try on raw tuna.

it was delicious max, just that i sort of diarrhoed once when i reached home.

the mains were good too.

all of us feel that this is the best jap restaurant we ever went to,

and if we feel rich, we will be back again(:

and yes yes, he baked me cupcakes and organised a running party for me and my girls.

and my girls, they nicely cut out the letters for camwhoring purposes!

and best best best bf got me a polariod.

okie, is for both of us, but stilll.

(: went for dinner with class couple.

wanted to go for the jap restaurant @ sanlitun

but without reservation, waiting time is 50 mins,

my tummy can't wait so we ended up at this korean place.

not bad a choice i would say.

the ambience was good.

is a pity that i cant have any of the bbq-ed food cause i was sick

(f* i think i was somehow always sick during my bday)

had mackerel and kimchi soup. the fish was the best i ever had.

i love korea food cause they are always so generous with their side dishes.

and this restaurant, even their cold noodles, rice also free flow when you ordered their bbq-ed stuffs.

and eventhough we aren't really tat close,

they attempted to make me a 23 layered cake.

which is pretty delicious i would say.

surprise birthday picnic prepared by bb love.

I was so worried bout the weather, but it turned out to be real good. except a little bit of pollution.

we made the picnic lunch early in the morning, and reached 世界公园 before noon.

quite a beautiful park to spend for a day (:

and of course lots of cam-whoring as usual.

haha. and i am wearing bf's presents- the straw hat, the red h&m dress (which fits perfectly) and the picnic basket. thanks love!

finally made it to authentic korean food at 望京！

it was a random decision cause it was really close to our coming paper and really far from our place.

but, no regrets!

love the side dishes. especially the green salad and pancake.

the complementary sauces and dips for our bbq food.

highlight of the night! it was yummy shit

my love :) so prettie!　

Complementary porkkkk intestines, wasn't impressive. tooooo much fats lah!

chao dazzzz but yummy!

personally feel that the bbq was better than a lot of places i tried in Singapore.
but housemies suggest the restaurant next door was better.
shall give it a try on another random day!

bf managed to book a room @ this spa resort for our labour day holidays.

our standard 2 bed room, quite clean and decent. better than expected.

love bathtubs!

lunch at this Romanian's restaurant which ironically sells good hong kong food.

best 叉烧酥 we had

腊肠沙煲饭，very oily but yummy!

we went to a strawberry farm nearby and for the first time, we plucked our own strawberries!

the unripe grapes, if only we can come back again in july, they will all be ready

apple's flowers!

place where we had our hot spring spa only for 15 mins? i was feeling all giddy.

complementary archery game.

dinner @ the same restaurant. healthy 养生锅 this time.

虾酱鸡！my boy's favourite.

2 free games, it was real FUN! wanted to buy extra game, but it was too expensive. 30RMB. ):

we were the first for breakfast, quite shock. i tot we would have to fight our way to the buffet lines.

so for RMB 388, we get to enjoy all of the above minus the lunch dinner, and the strawberries plucking sessions. i guess it is really worth the money. gave me the feeling of batam/ bintan minus the sea sport but plus the hot spring experience. this is not most famous resort for hot spring but good enough for me to dip in. (:
