so we went tianjin because they want to take a bullet train. :)

not knowing that it was colder than beijing. ):

so glad that bf joined us, cause he hates tianjin a lot

said it was gloomy

so as expected, we went to an italian restaurant for lunch

since it was too cold and windy to stay outdoor

Didi had his codfish

set lunch of the day, curry chicken rice i think

spaghetti looks ordinary but the taste was surprisingly good

and of course a pizza to share!

and after our meal, my daddy rushed us back

the cold was unbearable

so yes, we din even tour in tianjin and we head back to beijing again

so much spent on transportation just for a lunch lol

hired a driver to bring us to 慕田峪长城 and olympics park @ 600rmb

the journey took about 2.5 hours

much prettier when i went there last autumn

took the cable car up to take photos only. lol.

kena conned there, 50rmb for 2 cups of coffee there

简直是敲诈！

Olympic park was just too cold for us, so we also leave after some photos.

dinner @ 海底捞 with the shitty

I hope they enjoyed the dinner as much as my family (:

my family finally came to visit me!

I was so worried back then, cause is the first time daddy is taking a flight

and is just f*ing cold here

so yes, they safely touched down and stayed in Novotel Beijing for 5 days

the beds aren't very big but good enough to squeeze 2 on each bed

went 天安门 then 故宫

they were really lucky, cause the sky was rarely this blue

and it was snowing heavily the day before

they were really eggcited when they see the snow

sua gu*

but really glad to see them enjoying the scenery

lunch @ 大董

roast duck is a MUST in beijing

and dinner @ 汉拿山

i just realised we didn't take not much photos on food

but am glad bf joined us for almost every meals

feels like he's part of the family already <3 p="p">

okie, more like counting down to my parents' arrival :)

but am so not prepared, especially itinerary

anw, am in good mood for the past few days

cause ck's mummy told us to bto once we go back singapore for good

very happy lah, i can't believe they are so keen bout tat,

after all we are just together for a mere 1 year

personally, eventhough i am dying to marry him

but i know i am not ready

you were there taking care of her eversince she was sick
I was happy you changed for good, I saw hope in you
or rather the whole family did
and when she's gone, when you are left alone in the house
I tot mabbie you can finally get a wife and settle down
jokingly told you to get a vietnamese, very gentle and hardworking
so that i can start to collect CNY angbao from you
I know it's difficult to change that nasty habit
and i know all along that for the past years, and even when we are holding ahma's funeral, you never stop
and now you are gone too
all because of that nasty thing
I am sorry for not heading back m'sia to send you the last journey
i know you will be with ahma, rip 三叔

santa sent me snow! this time a much heavy one compared to the last.

yup, time really flies!

this is the 2nd bday celebration for my baby ever since we got together

i remembered last year, i put in so much effort for his birthday

i walked to his house at 12am and surprise him with a cake without preparing the candles

then the next morning i cooked him meesua with 2 eggs

then i showed him the birthday video i made from the wishes of his besties in singapore

and i hand made a board with our photos on it

this year, i was sooooo lazy, that not only did i not prepare a cake (well, he said he don't want one)

i didn't cook any meesua also

but i made cheese omelette on his birthday morning

and reserved this surprise buffet dinner for big day

it was on sale, 2 for the price of one! so only paid 300 rmb

and bought him a fred perry wallet( he loves it!)

pretty much effortless this birthday, but anw, he kept saying he enjoyed it

so i guess, it was still a successful celebration!

November's a busy month lah.

celebrated 2 of the girls' birthday!

finally cleared the list :)

we went to a turkish restaurant

and me really love trying those exotic food in beijing

they are pretty authetic and most importantly CHEAP!

so yes, Istanbul there we went.

free flow of bread as usual

cheese pizza, very cheesy =.=

dessert from the house, and it tasted like some kueh

cheese on eggplant, my favourit dish of the night, very juicy!

kebak, famous in their restaurant, a pity 3/4 sticks are muttons

tried abit and i can literally see a flock of sheeps in front of me

diy wrap which i love it too!

mushrooms lasagne, quite a creative dish

tuna salad, not a fan of tuna, but the portion was generous

birthday girl with her creme brulee pie!

Happy birthday to my little friend cum my housie

she's the first friend i know in bms

and she's one the reason i chose this course

knowing tat i won't be alone

she is really truly a gem in my life

i admitted ever since i am attached to ck

i haven been home often

despite a little complain, the two girls are really understanding

and there's hardly any girls hangout

thanks for being my little friend for 5 years. ily :)

and yeah, is december.

i dread decmeber, cause it's ck's bday coming soon

followed by our monthsary

and then is christmas

busy like a bee

and except for the present i got for ck, i haven prepare others much

the worst thing of all, i am going to acupuncture intern next week onwards

whole day sessions and sometimes weekends

i am just so not prepared ):

and family coming over for a holiday this christmas

so eggcited!!
